Welcome to Sam Tabak — your destination for premium sneakers and apparel. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order. We’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and trustworthy.

Return Policy – Exchanges & Store Credit

At Sam Tabak, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we offer store credit or exchange only within 30 days from the original ship date. This applies in cases where the item doesn’t fit, you’re not happy with the quality, or you simply changed your mind.

Please note that we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns will be eligible for store credit or product exchange only.

All returns are subject to approval upon inspection by a Sam Tabak team member and must be initiated within 30 days of the shipping date. Items marked as final sale — including clearance merchandise, special promotions, and limited-release footwear — are not eligible for return or store credit.

If you received an item as a gift, it may be exchanged or credited as store credit only. Refunds are not permitted on gifted items. If approved, an e-gift card for the credit amount will be emailed to the original purchaser.

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, proof of purchase is required. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you by email with a decision.

Restocking fees may apply to certain items, based on the discretion of the Sam Tabak team. There will be a 15% restocking fee.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Regular-priced items may still be returned for exchange or store credit. However, all sale, promotional, and limited-release shoes are considered final sale once shipped.

Our return window is 30 days from the date your item was shipped. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping

If you’re returning an item due to a mistake on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, if the item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you're welcome to return it — but the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Sam Tabak does not issue refunds. Upon approval, store credit will be provided. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. For your protection, we recommend using a trusted courier that provides tracking.

Processing Time

As soon as your return arrives at our facility and is approved, your store credit will be issued. If you’re requesting an exchange, a shipping invoice will be emailed to you before we ship the replacement item. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll send your tracking number and complete the exchange.

Release & Raffle Policy

For high-demand products such as Jordans or Yeezys, we may use a raffle or limited release format. All raffle entries are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on raffle wins.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

To request a cancellation or change, contact info@samtabak.com as soon as possible.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or promotional discounts.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Sam Tabak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, contact info@samtabak.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

If you receive an item that appears damaged, please email us at Info@samtabak.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our customer care team will get in touch with further instructions.

If you received the wrong item or size, please contact us before sending anything back. Email info@samtabak.com so we can arrange a return label and cover the shipping costs. If you return an item without contacting us first, you may be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please reach out to us before mailing anything back. All online purchases must be returned via mail and cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail locations.

In-Store Returns

At this time, we are unable to process online returns or exchanges in-store. All returns must be shipped to our designated return facility, no exceptions.

Order Cancellations & Restocking Fee

Orders that are canceled may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, at our discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — bulk orders, shoe releases, bot transactions, or suspicious activity flagged by our system. Please review all policies carefully and confirm your order details before completing your purchase.
